What has happened

Where a line of the review has concluded, the department has acted on the cases: with the FACE Act report published it dismissed three pending civil suits with prejudice and issued a forward-looking directive limiting future ones. That is action on district-court cases at the close of one strand of the review; the Working Group's other subjects remain open, and no allowlisted record shows the department changing its position in cases on appeal as the Quote specifies.
