Corrections
What we got wrong, and when we changed it
Every status here is one this site published and later changed. We list them in both directions — the ones we moved up and the ones we moved down — because a corrections page that records only softenings is its own kind of argument.
Two different things send a status here. Sometimes we read the record wrong. Sometimes the record and our reading both held and the rule we level against moved underneath them — and when a rule changes we apply it backwards over everything already published, which is why those arrive in batches. Each entry says which it was.
A few entries change a recommendation’s feasibility rather than its status — whether the ask needs an Act of Congress or is something the Administration can do on its own. That decides where the ask is filed in what is still to come, and how far up the ladder it can ever go, so getting it wrong is as visible to a reader as a wrong status. Those entries are marked.
A correction is not a status event. When we find an earlier reading was wrong we replace the old event rather than adding a new one after it, so a recommendation’s history stays a record of what happened in the world rather than a record of what we thought. That is why the change is written here instead of on the recommendation’s own page. How we read evidence is on the method page.

Reduce the size of remaining Marine infantry battalions #219
Already true → Counted under its status Set-aside, not status
Our rule changed We set this ask aside as Already true: the Marine Corps had cut the infantry battalion to 811 Marines before the window, which is the reduction the Quote asks for. Inside the window the Corps began adding structure back — the Commandant's October 2025 update establishes a Fires and Reconnaissance company in the battalion and returns the rifle squad to 13 Marines — so the ask is coming again. Under the rule the owner settled on 2026-09-06 the flag is lost. Neither document publishes a post-adjustment battalion size, so it is likely still below the original figure; that argument is recorded on the item.
-
Retitle the Director of the Office of Global Affairs as Assistant Secretary #1385
Already true → Counted under its status Set-aside, not status
Our rule changed We set this ask aside as Already true, meaning it was not coming because HHS's Office of Global Affairs was already headed by an Assistant Secretary before the window. That was right about January 2025 and has since stopped being right: the principal is now styled Director, and the deputy holds the Assistant-Secretary title — the exact inversion the Quote objects to. The site owner ruled on 2026-09-06 that the flag is lost when an ask's object is undone, because a set-aside claims the ask is not coming and this one is coming again. The item now appears in Still to come and is counted under its status.

End RFE/RL's Hungarian-language service Szabad Európa #615
Not started → Done
Our rule changed We reported this ask as untouched. It had in fact been carried out ten months earlier: on the U.S. Agency for Global Media’s instruction, RFE/RL’s Hungarian service stopped publishing on 21 November 2025. Nothing was misread — the service’s own notice was the only record of it, and until the site owner ruled on 2026-09-06 that an actor’s own account of its own conduct is Primary, this site could not use it. The rule about what counts as evidence moved; the world had been this way since November 2025.
-
Appoint a USTR committed to fair, balanced, and reciprocal trade #2094
Partially done → Done
Our rule changed The site owner settled on 2026-09-06 that this site does not assess an appointee’s personal qualities. An ask is now levelled on its checkable half, with the quality clause named in the note as unassessed. This ask’s checkable half — appoint a USTR — was delivered and dated on 2025-02-26; the clause that had capped it at partial five days earlier, a USTR “committed to the President’s fair, balanced, and reciprocal trade agenda”, is exactly the kind of claim the new rule declines to make. The record did not change, only the rule over it.

-
Assign senior NSC officials accountability for named policy initiatives #60
Partially done → Not started
Our rule changed The ask is that the National Security Advisor give named senior NSC officials responsibility for specific policy initiatives against measurable, time-defined milestones. Its partial rested entirely on NSPM-1's Policy Coordination Committees, the same document that also sits under #59 on printed page 51 — and that structure is the Council's standing machinery, carried over almost word for word from the 2017 organization memorandum, not an act of assignment. No initiative has been assigned to any official and no milestone has been published, so neither limb is delivered. NSPM-1 stays on the event as dated Primary Evidence under §3b's 'moved nearby' device.
-
Sustain support for Israel while empowering Gulf partners to defend themselves #137
Done → Partially done
Our rule changed The Quote asks two things: that support for Israel be sustained, and that Gulf partners be empowered to take responsibility for their own coastal, air and missile defences. The first is delivered in enacted law — the FY2026 NDAA's U.S.–Israel cooperation authorities. The second rests on nothing but the National Security Strategy's description of the relationship, which under the strategic-plan rule is a plan naming the object rather than delivery of it, and the item's own research notes record that the Gulf arms-sales record was never read. One object of a two-object ask delivered is partial.
-
Issue no regulations supporting the 'H-2 eligible' country list #292
Not started → Done
Our rule changed A refrain-from ask: the Secretary is the actor and the Secretary's own inaction is the compliance. No regulation or notice supporting the "H-2 eligible" country list has issued since the inauguration, the annual designation lapsed unrenewed, and the one H-2 numerical rule of the period allocates no visas by nationality. The earlier pass required an "affirmative repudiation", which is not what a refrain-from ask asks for.
-
Fill non-Senate-confirmed State posts with political appointees #461
Done → Partially done
Our rule changed The Quote asks that political appointees be placed in State Department posts that do not require Senate confirmation, naming three ranks: senior advisors, Principal Deputy Assistant Secretaries and Deputy Assistant Secretaries. The record reaches two of the three, by one named appointee each, against this item's own January 2025 finding that those ranks were still largely career officers serving in an acting capacity. An open-ended placement ask needs the named object in the asked-for state or an allowlisted statement that the sweep is complete; neither exists, so the rung is pieces delivered rather than done.
-
Develop a complete reorganization plan for the State Department #522
Needs Congress → Executive action Feasibility, not status
Our rule changed The ask is addressed to the Administration: develop a reorganization of the department, and assess within it which office closures would need congressional approval. We had filed it as needing an Act of Congress because of that subject matter, but the act asked for is the plan, and the Administration can and did produce one. The flag had put a completed ask under “needs Congress”.
-
Develop a plan to consolidate foreign assistance authorities #524
Partially done → Done
Our rule changed The ask is that the Administration evaluate whether the many sources of foreign assistance serve the national interest and, if not, develop a plan to consolidate the authorities. It did both: the reorganization assessment, the absorption of USAID and Delegation of Authority No. 597 are the plan, made and carried out by the executive alone. The earlier partial was held down by the statutory consolidation Congress has not passed, which is what would follow from acting on the plan rather than part of the ask.
-
Develop a plan to consolidate foreign assistance authorities #524
Needs Congress → Executive action Feasibility, not status
Our rule changed “The next Administration should… evaluate… and, if not, develop a plan to consolidate foreign assistance authorities.” The evaluation and the plan are executive work; consolidating the authorities themselves would need a statute, but that is what the plan would recommend, not what the ask asks for.
-
Keep the USAGM Firewall Regulation revoked #618
Not started → Done
Our rule changed The ask is to keep the USAGM Firewall Regulation revoked - a continuation ask, and the rule for those changed on 2026-09-01: an ask to keep something as it is can no longer be set aside as Already true, because for a continuation ask not acting is itself the compliance. It is now read the way the site reads every other preserve ask, as done while the regulation stays repealed and reversed if it is ever reissued. It moves from the Already true bucket into the Status counts; nothing about the underlying record changed.
-
Restore the Trump-era counter-China infrastructure at USAID #644
Partially done → Not started
Our rule changed The Mandate asked that the first Trump administration's counter-China infrastructure be restored at USAID. USAID stopped implementing foreign assistance on 1 July 2025, so that object cannot be in the state asked for; the counter-China function was rebuilt at the State Department instead, which is action beside the ask rather than delivery of it. The abolition and the State programme are attached to the record as evidence that it moved the other way.
-
Rename the GEWE Office as the Office of Women, Children, and Families #660
Partially done → Not started
Our rule changed The ask was that USAID rename one of its own offices and stand the renamed office up. The office was abolished with the agency rather than renamed, and no successor office was created, so neither half of the ask can now be satisfied. Abolishing the addressee defeats a rename; it does not deliver it.
-
Realign GEWE program resources to the Office of Women, Children, and Families #661
Partially done → Not started
Our rule changed The ask was to move programme resources from one USAID office to another USAID office. The money was withdrawn rather than moved, and the receiving office was never created and now cannot be, so the transfer the Mandate asked for did not happen in any form.
-
Revise ADS rule on integrating gender equality in USAID's program cycle #665
Partially done → Not started
Our rule changed The ask was that USAID revise its own internal directive on gender integration in the programme cycle. With the agency gone there is no programme cycle and no agency to revise anything; the award term State published in January 2026 governs what recipients may do with money, not how the funding agency designs its programmes.
-
Empower the Center for Innovation and Impact to expand faith-based health networks #693
Partially done → Not started
Our rule changed The ask is that USAID's Center for Innovation and Impact be empowered to expand faith-based health networks. The Center ceased to exist with the agency on 2025-07-01, and under the playbook's abolished-addressee test an ask that a named body be given a power cannot be in the asked-for state once the body is gone. The nearly $2 billion the State Department has since put into faith-based health partnerships stays attached as dated Evidence, as the record moving nearby rather than progress on this ask.
-
Reduce the Global Health Bureau's contractor-to-direct-hire ratio #694
Partially done → Not started
Our rule changed Every limb of this ask is something USAID's Global Health Bureau does to itself: its own contractor-to-direct-hire ratio, its own career leadership, its own emergency responses. The Bureau ceased to exist with the agency on 2025-07-01, so its abolition defeats the ask rather than delivering it. The successor department's commitments on implementing-partner overhead were being read as progress on a ratio that no longer has a body to belong to; they stay attached as Evidence.
-
Require BHA to use existing IDA authorities and fixed-amount awards #699
Partially done → Not started
Our rule changed The ask is that USAID's Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance use statutory authorities it holds and does not use. Both named things are gone: the Bureau ceased to exist on 2025-07-01 and the International Disaster Assistance account was replaced by International Humanitarian Assistance in the FY2026 act. The Humanitarian Reset with UN OCHA delivers faster awards by a mechanism the ask did not name, which is the record moving nearby, not the abolished bureau availing itself of an abolished account's authorities.
-
Dual-hat the DFC chief development officer with USAID #704
Partially done → Not started
Our rule changed A dual hat needs two institutions and one of them is gone: nobody can serve simultaneously at USAID, which ceased implementing foreign assistance on 2025-07-01. Congress did rewrite the DFC Chief Development Officer's duties toward interagency alignment in the FY2026 NDAA, but giving that officer liaison duties is not dual-hatting them at USAID, so both the abolished-addressee test and the rule that progress is measured on this ask give the same answer. The statutes stay attached as Evidence. The research note flagged this call for ticket 26 when it was made.
-
Issue OGC guidance on faith-based organizations' funding eligibility #732
Partially done → Not started
Our rule changed The ask was for a specific document from USAID's Office of the General Counsel about eligibility for USAID funding. Both the office and the funding stream ended with the agency, so the guidance was never issued and can no longer be. The White House Faith Office order, the Nigeria health agreement and the FY2026 appropriation all point the same way but none of them is the guidance asked for; they are now recorded as evidence beside the ask.
-
Stop using CCC Charter Act Section 5 discretionary spending authority #761
Not started → Reversed
Our rule changed A refrain-from ask is met while the department does not use the authority and reversed once it does. USDA used no CCC Charter Act section 5 discretion for the first thirteen months and then used it twice, for $11 billion in Farmer Bridge Assistance payments and again for specialty-crop assistance. That is compliance followed by reversal, not an ask nobody has started.
-
Start no new civilian reactor demonstration or commercialization projects #951
Not started → Reversed
Our rule changed A refrain-from ask, met while no new civilian reactor demonstration project is started. Executive Order 14301 ended that on 2025-05-29 by directing the Secretary to create a reactor pilot programme outside the National Laboratories and approve at least three reactors; eleven projects, a microreactor test bed and a launch pad followed.
-
Back no new DOE loans or loan guarantees #972
Not started → Reversed
Our rule changed A refrain-from ask, met while the Administration backs no new loan. DOE backed none for ten months, then closed a $1 billion loan to Constellation on 2025-11-17 and has lent steadily since, including a $26.5 billion package to Southern Company subsidiaries. The Evidence was also replaced: two of the three earlier items did not carry the claim.
-
Define American strategic and economic interests in the Arctic Circle #988
Partially done → Not started
Our rule changed The Mandate asks the Administration to define American strategic and economic interests in the Arctic Circle, including the threats posed by Russia and China, and to develop policy options for the President. The only document behind the earlier partial was the Arctic Energy Office's July 2026 strategic plan, which sets Alaska energy-development goals and never mentions the Arctic Circle, Russia, China, the Arctic Council or policy options. A plan is levelled by what it names, and this one names a goal in the subject area rather than the ask; the plan stays attached to the record as evidence of what did happen.
-
Expand the Arctic Energy Office in Alaska and give it DOE Antarctic operations #989
Partially done → Attempted
Our rule changed The Arctic Energy Office's July 2026 strategic plan does name this ask: its mandate is to re-establish the office as an Alaska-focused resource development hub, and it commits to an Anchorage headquarters and to hiring regional staff. But a plan commits to no instrument and no date, so it is an attempt and not a piece delivered - the office has not been expanded yet, and nothing makes it the lead for the Department's Antarctic operations.
-
Bar FERC from using climate change to block LNG projects #1037
Not started → Done
Our rule changed The ask is that environmental issues not be used as a reason to stop an LNG project, so not stopping one is the compliance. No LNG project was stopped on that ground: the four remanded projects all came through their supplemental environmental reviews and proceeded. The earlier pass required climate to be removed from FERC's analysis, which is a different ask and belongs to #931.
-
Eliminate unauthorized ORD programs including IRIS #1165
Partially done → Attempted
Our rule changed The ask is that several of EPA's Office of Research and Development offices and programs be eliminated, the Integrated Risk Information System among them. The partial rested on the claim that ORD was being dismantled, and the levelling rule for an eliminate ask is that the test is what happened to the functions, never the org chart alone. Both halves now point the same way: EPA's own organization chart still carries ORD as a headquarters office, ORD's chart and About page still carry all three offices, four centres, every division and all six research programmes, and EPA's account of the reorganisation is that its research was moved into the program offices rather than stopped. Nothing the Quote names has been eliminated. What does reach the ask is the President's FY2026 budget request, which asked Congress to cut $235 million from ORD to end research that is "not authorized by law" — the Mandate's own ground — and a Budget request is a formal administration request, which is attempted.
-
Stop EPA from publicly undermining other agencies' NEPA reviews #1191
Partially done → Done
Our rule changed A refrain-from ask with an "instead" limb, and both limbs are met: EPA issued policy in June 2026 directing reviewers to the constructive, technical posture the Quote asks for and putting a Clean Air Act referral to the Council on Environmental Quality behind an Administrator's determination, and no public EPA opposition to another agency's review was found. The earlier pass asked for a source saying the practice had changed, which is affirmative proof of a negative.
-
Restore religious waivers of HHS grant conditions for faith-based agencies #1325
Partially done → Attempted
Our rule changed This ask and #1393 both rested their `partial` on the same HHS notice of 2026-01-26, which disavowed the 2021 letters withdrawing three states' religious waivers. Under the rule that progress is measured on this ask, the notice delivers a piece of #1393 — it asks that the waivers be reestablished — but no piece of this one, which asks ACF and OCR to survey their programs and consider whether additional waivers are needed. No survey has been published and no additional waiver granted, so the item drops to the rung its day-one directive already supports.
-
Reform the Strategic National Stockpile as supplier of last resort #1377
Attempted → Not started
Our rule changed The levelling rule settled that a planning document counts as an attempt only where it names the object of the ask. ASPR's 2026-2029 strategic plan sets a general medical-supply-chain goal and nowhere clarifies the Strategic National Stockpile's mission as supplier of last resort, which is what this ask asks for. The plan stays on the page as evidence of action nearby.
-
Issue a public report on the FBI investigations review #1530
Partially done → Not started
Our rule changed The Quote asks the department to consider publishing the findings of the review of major active FBI investigations. The only published product of that review is the Weaponization Working Group's report on FACE Act prosecutions, which is a report on a different subject; #1528's own record says the FBI-investigations review is not among the published output. Progress is measured on this ask, so the FACE Act report is recorded as action that moved nearby and the rung returns to not-started.
-
Require Build America Bureau borrowers to be rated investment grade #1710
Not started → Done
Our rule changed The ask is that the Build America Bureau maintain its investment-grade rating requirement and keep project sponsors liable for repayment - again a continuation ask, which since 2026-09-01 takes the preserve reading rather than the Already true flag. The requirement is still in force and the Bureau has not touched it, so the ask is done, and would become reversed if the condition were dropped. It moves from the Already true bucket into the Status counts.
-
Review airline foreign ownership and control limits, changing statutes if needed #1727
Needs Congress → Executive action Feasibility, not status
Our rule changed “Review foreign ownership and control limitations and, if necessary, work with Congress to change existing statutes.” The review is the act asked for and the Department can perform it. The legislation is explicitly conditional — “if necessary” — and a downstream contingency does not set the flag.
-
Withhold new aviation negotiations with China until it honors existing accords #1733
Not started → Done
Our rule changed A refrain-from ask: not offering additional aviation negotiations is the compliance, and none were offered. The one instrument in the window enforces a term China had already signed, which is the Quote's own premise, and Chinese carriers' U.S. frequencies were not expanded. The earlier note called the ask unverifiable by construction; the refrain-from rule answers that without new vocabulary.
-
Re-examine Section 101 patent eligibility and back reforms #1904
Needs Congress → Executive action Feasibility, not status
Our rule changed Re-examining Section 101 patent eligibility is something the Patent and Trademark Office can do, and supporting reforms is something the Administration can do. The Quote asks for internal reforms and legislative ones together; the flag had recorded the second half as though it were the whole ask.
-
Require CFIUS review of Chinese greenfield investments #1978
Needs Congress → Executive action Feasibility, not status
Our rule changed The Quote opens “Congress should close the loophole”, but the act it asks for is a CFIUS review, and CFIUS is a committee of the executive branch. Treasury already reaches part of the greenfield field by regulation, through the covered-real-estate rules, and could extend it by rulemaking without a statute. The status is unchanged.
-
Require a FinCEN retrospective review of its regulations reported to Congress #1990
Needs Congress → Executive action Feasibility, not status
Our rule changed “FinCEN should be required to undertake a thorough retrospective review… and report to Congress.” The reviewer is FinCEN and the review is a thing FinCEN can start on its own. The passive “should be required” names no one who must require it, and reporting to Congress is not the same as needing Congress.
-
Identify and interview every Treasury official who participated in DEI initiatives #1994
Attempted → Not started
Our rule changed Executive Order 14151 requires agencies to inventory their DEI positions, committees and programmes; it does not ask anyone to identify the officials who participated in them, and it requires no interviews. It reaches the neighbouring asks on this page (#1993, #1998), whose objects it names by function, much further than it reaches this one, so the shared rung was not supported by this item's own record. The order stays attached to the event as action that moved nearby.
-
Make DEI participation grounds for termination at Treasury #1996
Attempted → Not started
Our rule changed Executive Order 14151 orders agencies to close their DEI offices and end their DEI programmes. It does not make having taken part in one grounds for dismissal, which is what this ask asks for and is far wider. The order reaches two neighbouring asks on the same printed page much further than it reaches this one, and the shared rung came from the shared instrument rather than from this item's own record — the same correction already made to #1994. The order stays attached to the event as action that moved nearby.
-
Move the disaster loan program out of the SBA #2051
Needs Congress → Executive action Feasibility, not status
Our rule changed The ask is an assessment of whether disaster loans belong at another agency and an exploration of private-sector channels. Both are things the SBA can carry out; the transfer that might follow is a contingency downstream of the assessment. The item now sits with the asks the Administration could begin tomorrow.
Checked against the Unified Agenda — 2026-09-01
7 statuses changed — all because a leveling rule changed.
-
Bar Title V objection petitions from second-guessing state decisions #1092
Not started → Attempted
Our rule changed RIN 2060-AW77, Clarifying the Scope of "Applicable Requirements" under State Operating Permit Programs and the Federal Operating Permit Program, is at Final Rule Stage on the 2026 Unified Agenda and governs what may be reviewed through the title V permitting and petition process.
-
Clarify the relationship between New Source Review and Title V #1093
Not started → Attempted
Our rule changed RIN 2060-AW77, at Final Rule Stage on the 2026 Unified Agenda, is a rulemaking on exactly the New Source Review / title V relationship this ask names.
-
Revise CAA Section 111(d) implementing regulations to defer to states #1096
Not started → Attempted
Our rule changed RIN 2060-AW82, Reassessment of Adoption and Submittal of State Plans for Designated Facilities: Implementing Regulations Under Clean Air Act Section 111(d), is at Proposed Rule Stage on the 2026 Unified Agenda for 40 CFR part 60 subpart Ba.
-
Issue a rule promoting nutrient trading #1112
Not started → Attempted
Our rule changed RIN 2040-AG02, Market-Based Approaches under the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Program, is at Proposed Rule Stage on the 2026 Unified Agenda and would put water quality trading on a regulatory footing for the first time.
-
Add facility codes to drug packaging and build a searchable database #1230
Not started → Attempted
Our rule changed FDA RIN 0910-AJ32, Amendments to 21 CFR Parts 201, 314, and 601 to Promote Supply Chain Transparency in Human Drug Labeling; Identifying API and FDF Manufacturing Sites, is at Proposed Rule Stage on the 2026 Unified Agenda with an NPRM listed for 07/2026 - the ask's labelling limb, though not its searchable database.
-
Rescind the Biden Title X rule and reinstate the Trump Title X rule #1373
Not started → Attempted
Our rule changed HHS/OASH RIN 0937-AA15, Compliance with Title X Statutory Program Integrity Requirements, sits at Proposed Rule Stage on the 2026 Unified Agenda against 42 CFR 59 subpart A with an NPRM listed for 07/2026 - the Trump Title X rule this ask asks HHS to reinstate, by its own title.
-
Broaden the foreign direct product rules #1857
Not started → Attempted
Our rule changed BIS's 2026 Unified Agenda entry RIN 0694-AJ74, Foreign-Produced Direct Product Rule Additions, is at Final Rule Stage with final action projected 10/2026, and under the levelling rule settled 2026-09-01 an agenda entry naming the ask's object is attempted.
Editor’s rulings — 2026-09-01
2 statuses changed — all because a leveling rule changed.
-
Appoint a USTR committed to fair, balanced, and reciprocal trade #2094
Done → Partially done
Our rule changed An appointment ask whose Quote also names a disposition - a USTR committed to fair, balanced and reciprocal trade - is capped at partial. The appointment is delivered and dated; the disposition is not something evidence can close, so the ask is not finished.
-
Fill the Under Secretary of Commerce for International Trade post wisely #2095
Done → Partially done
Our rule changed Same rule: the Under Secretary post is filled and the confirmation dated, but the Quote asks that it be filled wisely. A disposition no evidence can close cannot carry an ask to done.
Major recommendations re-read — 2026-08-27
14 statuses changed — 8 because a leveling rule changed, 6 because we read the record wrong.
-
Restore nuclear weapons test readiness at the Nevada National Security Site #259
Attempted → Not started
We read it wrong The claim rested on a social-media post that the Energy Secretary then said meant non-nuclear system tests, with no NNSA directive behind it.
-
Dismantle DHS's remaining supporting components #278
Attempted → Partially done
We read it wrong The Office of the Immigration Detention Ombudsman has stopped operating: one named component is actually gone.
-
Repeal Temporary Protected Status designations #335
Blocked → Partially done
We read it wrong Each court order stopped one country's Temporary Protected Status termination while the others stayed in force, which is partial delivery rather than a blocked attempt.
-
End the Flores Settlement Agreement by statute #351
Unverified → Blocked
We read it wrong The motion to terminate the Flores Settlement Agreement and its denial were finally read in full, which let us date an attempt and then the order stopping it.
-
Authorize state and local police to enforce immigration law #361
Partially done → Attempted
Our rule changed The funding in the reconciliation act pays for participation under the existing 287(g) delegation. Nothing changed what a state or local officer may lawfully do.
-
Preserve FISA Section 702 as an essential intelligence tool #568
Partially done → Reversed
Our rule changed A preserve ask is met while the authority is in force, so the earlier partial was wrong in both directions: the ask was achieved, and then undone. Reversed needs a done to undo, so the old sequence was internally incoherent.
-
Eliminate the federal Department of Education #803
Partially done → Attempted
Our rule changed Fourteen interagency agreements leave the Organization Act and every program statute intact, and the Department says it retains all statutory authorities. Under the levelling rules, executive action that routes around a statute is attempted; only action that eliminates it is partially done.
-
Fund new nuclear warheads and plutonium pit production #940
Partially done → Done
Our rule changed The recommendation asks that the work be funded. Output is not the ask.
-
Expand the Navy and develop new nuclear naval reactors #941
Done → Partially done
Our rule changed Two objects: the naval reactors are funded and running, but the battle force is 291 ships and falling. Caught by a reviewer applying the levelling rules against themselves.
-
Develop new warheads for each leg of the nuclear triad #1012
Partially done → Done
Our rule changed Every leg of the triad is authorized, funded and running.
-
Revisit the CERCLA hazardous substance designation for PFAS #1126
Attempted → Not started
Our rule changed EPA revisited the CERCLA hazardous substance designation for PFAS, kept it, and won in the D.C. Circuit. Revisiting and retaining is not progress on an ask to undo.
-
Announce nonenforcement of the CMS COVID-19 vaccine mandate #1314
Partially done → Not started
Our rule changed The vaccination condition of participation was withdrawn in 2023, before this site's evidence window. Nothing happened inside it. The item now carries the Already true flag.
-
Amend the Endangered Species Act to restore its original purpose #1503
Attempted → Partially done
We read it wrong Rescinding the "harm" definition, the blanket 4(d) rule and the critical-habitat rewrite strips out the regulations the recommendation objects to.
-
Accelerate VASRD reviews to cut disability ratings for future claimants #1791
Attempted → Not started
We read it wrong The interim final rule the attempt rested on was rescinded ten days later.
