  • The Quote spends most of its length on what kind of lawyer the Counsel should be. That part is not leveled: it is an editorial preference about a person. Only the appointment is an act.
  • Made explicit on review, 2026-09-06. This item was already doing what the Unassessed clause rule now requires, but it was doing it implicitly, in the site’s own voice (“the site does not grade appointees”) rather than by naming the clause. The Status note names the clause, so a reader can see exactly what the Done does not cover. The Status did not change.
