What has happened
- Not started
No approval requirement for public events exists on the record. EPA continues to hold and announce public webinars and meetings — the Federal Register carries EPA advisory-committee meetings, grants webinars and rulemaking hearings throughout the window — and no EPA policy in the window conditions any of them on prior approval of the legal position presented. The 2025 reorganization moved public engagement into the Office of External Affairs (#1047) without publishing a clearance rule.
