    No FCC interpretation of Section 230(c)(2) issued. Same negative record as #2187 and #2184: the Chapter 28 cluster negative search of 2026-09-01 found zero Federal Register documents on Section 230 in an FCC context since 2025-01-20, no FCC docket, and no presidential action on the statute. The only movement on 230(c)(2) is legislative and stalled — H.R. 908, the Stop the Censorship Act, which would narrow the "otherwise objectionable" clause, was referred to the House Energy and Commerce Committee on 2025-02-04 and has had no further action.

The paired half of #2187. Both would be delivered by the same FCC order, which is why they are leveled together and both carry the same negative search; each keeps its own reading of what its Quote asked for. The Mandate’s further suggestion in the same passage — drawing out the distributor/publisher distinction — is part of the same unbuilt order and is not tracked as a separate ask.

Corroborated 2026-09-03 (read-queue ticket 04) against the FCC’s own index. www.fcc.gov is not walled — it opens to the full browser header set — so https://www.fcc.gov/proposed-rulemakings was read directly: 138 dated entries, 2023-04-25 to 2026-06-09, with zero occurrences of “Section 230” and zero of “Big Tech” (the only “230” on the page is the docket number DA 24-1230). The Federal Register API agrees: "section 230" since 2025-01-20 returns four documents and none is an FCC document. The negative is now doubly sourced and dated.
