No Special Representative for Domestic Women's Health has been created. No Federal Register document since 2025-01-20 mentions the post, no HHS Statement of Organization published in the window establishes it, and no nomination in the 119th Congress is to such a position. The negative is now bounded by the department's own roster as well: HHS's leadership index and its leadership-bio pages, the Office of the Secretary's complete advisory-committee and task-force list (reviewed 2026-08-26), and the 11,156-URL hhs.gov sitemap were all enumerated on 2026-09-03, and none contains a Special Representative for Domestic Women's Health or any women's-health post in the Office of the Secretary other than OASH's Office on Women's Health, which predates the window. Re-checked against the same roster on 2026-09-06 (read-queue ticket 07): the HHS Leadership page names the Secretary, the Chief Counselor, the Immediate Office of the Secretary, every Assistant Secretary and every division head, and the word "women" does not appear on it at all.
