Researched 2026-08-27, in one search that covered all of Chapter 1’s White House staffing asks.

• Two objects: White House Liaisons selected by the Office of Presidential Personnel, and points of contact for each element of government outside the White House.
• The White House Office personnel report cannot answer either. White House Liaisons sit in the departments and agencies, not in the White House Office, and the 2026 report contains no “White House Liaison” title. The only “liaison” titles in it are legislative-affairs liaisons to the House and Senate and a Director of Agency Liaison for Presidential Correspondence — neither is what the Quote names.
• The report does show a staffed Office of Presidential Personnel (Daniel J. Scavino, Jr. as Assistant to the President, Deputy Chief of Staff and Director of PPO, with a deputy director and six special assistants), so the office that would make the designations exists.
• Negative search: White House presidential actions and the Federal Register for “White House Liaison” and “point of contact” since 2025-01-20 — nothing. No government-wide list of agency White House Liaisons is published on an allowlisted domain.
