Develop a TSCA framework rule for existing chemical risk management

• One negative search covered the whole cluster of OCSPP chemical and pesticide asks on pp. 433-435.
• Federal Register API: a search for “framework rule” in EPA documents from 2025-01-20 returned 5 documents, four of them about the hydrofluorocarbon phasedown and the fifth the risk evaluation procedures proposal. A search for “risk management”, “existing chemicals” and TSCA returns 34 documents, all chemical-specific risk evaluations, draft assessments and compliance-date rules.
• A separate framework rule is on the agency’s stated plan for CERCLA section 102(a) designations (#1126’s trail), not for TSCA risk management.
