Executive Order 14279 section 2(b) directs the Secretary of Education, in consultation with the Secretary of HHS, to investigate unlawful discrimination advanced by the Liaison Committee on Medical Education and the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education, and to assess whether to suspend or terminate their accrediting status. The order is about the accreditors' diversity, equity and inclusion standards; it says nothing about the conscience statutes or about state Coats-Snowe regulations, which are what this Quote asks for.
