The statutory IRS Oversight Board — which by law seats private-life members — has had no members for a decade, and no nominations to it appear in the 119th Congress nomination record; Public Law 119-75 continues to fund "the operations of the Internal Revenue Service Oversight Board" from the technology and operations support account without anyone being appointed to it. No new board of private-sector IT experts was created by statute, executive order or Treasury order.
