Multi-source generic drugs are still subject to Medicaid rebates. Neither Public Law 119-21 nor any CMS rule in the window exempts them: full-text Federal Register search for "Medicaid Drug Rebate" returns sixteen in-window documents, all of them payment-policy or drug-pricing items that leave the rebate obligation in place, and "multiple source drug" returns two, both Medicare demonstration models. No 119th-Congress bill proposes the exemption.
