    The Screening Partnership Program is unchanged: TSA's own program page still describes it as an opt-in scheme in which an airport operator applies to its Federal Security Director and TSA decides within 60 days, run through a closed 2015/2020 IDIQ vendor pool to which TSA says no further vendors are anticipated. Nothing found expands it to all airports or converts screening at any airport that did not apply. The only Federal Register activity is a routine information-collection extension for the existing program (2025-04-22, document 2025-06860).
