The Office of Compliance Initiatives exists and nothing shows it being fully staffed, or staffed at all. Its page on the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Policy's site was open and current on 2026-09-06, describing the office's mission (promoting understanding of federal labor law to prevent violations), its four areas of focus (outreach, innovation, culture, analysis) and the resources it runs — Worker.gov, Employer.gov, the elaws Advisors and the Employment Law Guide. It names no official, gives no staffing level and carries no date of its own. Nothing else fills that gap: a Federal Register full-text search for "Office of Compliance Initiatives" over the whole window returns zero documents, and the FY2027 Budget's departmental-management account does not name the office.

Answered 2026-09-06 (read-queue ticket 07). This was flagged as the one item in its batch where the wall changed the answer rather than the detail, and it did: the office still exists. dol.gov/agencies/oasp/compliance-initiatives opens on the full-headers rung of scripts/fetch-page.mjs.
