No inventory, analysis or reevaluation of DHS's domestic terrorism lines of effort by the Office of Strategy, Policy, and Plans has been published or announced. The department's prevention arm continues to run: the Center for Prevention Programs and Partnerships is still a live DHS program with its own pages and behavioral threat assessment resources. National Security Presidential Memorandum-7 (2025-09-25) redirects federal domestic-terrorism work through the Joint Terrorism Task Forces and gives tasks to the Attorney General, the Treasury and the IRS, but it directs no DHS review and says nothing about the department's own lines of effort, so under the rule that progress is measured on this ask it does not move this one.
