    No legislation allowing states or local governments to waive out of the NLRA, the FLSA or other federal labor laws has been introduced, passed a chamber, or been enacted in the 119th Congress. Searches of the 18,433-bill Corpus, of all 104 public laws, and of the Federal Register full text since 2025-01-20 found nothing establishing such a waiver mechanism.
