Moved the other way. The President's fiscal year 2026 Budget Request funds all three of the special institutions in the OSERS account at their prior-year levels: the American Printing House for the Blind at $43.4 million, the National Technical Institute for the Deaf at $92.5 million and Gallaudet University at $167.4 million.

What was searched, and what didn’t count as evidence

Negative search: a search of the titles of the bills we keep and search for Gallaudet, the National Technical Institute for the Deaf and the American Printing House for the Blind returns nothing; the two budget requests are the only in-window record and both preserve the appropriations.
