Res. 99 did, and it was referred to the House Committee on the Judiciary and left there. Neither the Empowering Parents Act (H.R. 8767 in the 117th) nor the Parents' Bill of Rights Act (H.R. 6056) was reintroduced in this Congress at all — the only bill with a similar name, H.R. 3910, the Empowering Parents' Healthcare Choices Act, is a health-coverage measure. Nothing has been prioritized.
