  • hrsa.gov is not closed to us. It refuses a bare request but opens to an ordinary full browser request, which is how the sitemaps above were read on 2026-09-03. The access limit the item previously carried is gone. HRSA’s site search still refuses to open; the sitemaps are the route.
  • HRSA’s three active Unified Agenda entries (RINs 0906-AB31, 0906-AB34, 0906-AB37) are the countermeasures injury table, organ-procurement oversight and a program-policy methodology; none is on point.
