Interior's Secretary's Orders series through SO 3453 contains none; the Federal Register corpus for the window contains no OSMRE headquarters notice; OSMRE's FY2027 congressional justification mentions Pittsburgh once, in describing a fungal-remediation research project led by University of Pittsburgh researchers, and requests no move; and Interior's 2025–2026 press releases record no announcement. The Department's reorganization in the window ran through SO 3429 (2025-04-17), which pulls administrative functions into the Office of the Secretary rather than pushing headquarters into the field.
