A restriction, not a repeal; recorded here so nobody mistakes it for one.
- H.R. 9457 Diversity Visa Protection and Modernization Act (introduced 2026-06-25) runs the other way. No “SAFE for America”-style repeal bill appears among the 119th Congress’s bills (searched for “diversity visa”, “lottery” and “diversity immigrant”).
