A Federal Register full-text search for "dollars to the classroom" since 2025-01-20 returns zero documents, and no education presidential document in the window asks for such an analysis. The administration makes the claim rhetorically — the FY2026 Budget says its K-12 consolidation would "ensure that a greater proportion of the funds provides support for students and their families" and the FY2027 Budget that consolidation means "more dollars go to students instead of bureaucrats" — without publishing the program-by-program figures the Quote asks for.
