  • Federal Register full text “eviction moratorium” since 2025-01-20 returns five documents, none of them HHS or CDC: a HUD lease-termination rule, a Labor rule, an OFCCP rescission, an SEC proposal and an EPA rescission. The phrase appears in preamble discussion, not as the subject.
  • The moratorium itself was held to exceed CDC’s authority in Alabama Association of Realtors v. HHS (2021), before the evidence window; that is why the ask is framed as rescinding the analysis rather than the order. Nothing in the window addresses the analysis.
