OCR did review resolution agreements with school districts and act on the result, rescinding provisions of six agreements reached with Cape Henlopen, Delaware Valley, Fife, La Mesa-Spring Valley and Sacramento City Unified school districts and Taft College, and announcing it "will therefore no longer monitor or enforce these agreements". The conforming policy, though, was the Department's Title IX position, not the Title VI disparate-impact policy this Quote's "this policy" refers to, and six agreements is short of "all".

What was searched, and what didn’t count as evidence

No Title VI resolution-agreement review is on the record. The August 2026 pupil-discipline Dear Colleague Letter, which is where a Title VI conforming review would naturally be announced, does not mention resolution agreements at all.
Partial because the ask was achieved by a different instrument that covers only some of it. An alternative reading is attempted.
