Executive Orders 13771, 13777, 13891, 13892, 13893, 13924 Section 6, 13979, and 13980 should be revived (with modifications as needed).”

EO 14192 re-created the substance of EO 13771 — a regulatory budget and a repeal ratio, now 10-for-1 instead of 2-for-1. No 2025–26 order re-issuing 13777, 13891–13893, 13924 sec. 6, 13979 or 13980 was found in the Federal Register.
- Attempted
EO 14148 rescinded Biden EO 13992 (which had revoked EOs 13771, 13777, 13891, 13892 and 13893) and EO 14018 (which had revoked EO 13979). Rescinding a revocation does not by itself re-issue the original orders.

- Searched Federal Register presidential documents since 2025-01-20 for “13891”, “13979”, “13980”, “guidance documents” and “Regulatory Reform Officer”: no order re-issuing the guidance-document (13891/13892), administrative-PAYGO (13893), regulatory-reform-officer (13777) or overcriminalization (13980) orders. Whether rescinding EO 13992 and EO 14018 “revives” the originals is contested in commentary; we do not treat it as doing so. If the human reviewer takes the opposite view, this becomes done at 2025-01-20.
