Revoke all remaining BLM Public Land Orders over 50 years old

What has happened

1. Feb 25, 2026 Partially done

   PLO 7966 partially revoked PLO 5180 as well as PLO 5150 — one of the "other remaining" orders the Quote names, and the only one. Of the fourteen Public Land Orders published in the window the rest run the other way: PLO 7960, 7961 and 7962 extend withdrawals for the Air Force and for electronic sites, PLO 7963, 7964, 7965 and 7967 create new National Defense Operating Area withdrawals, and PLO 7970 extends the Utah Lake Drainage Basin withdrawal. Only PLO 7969 (Calcasieu Radio Beacon Station, 2026-08-11) is a revocation, and it is not an Alaska order. No blanket revocation of BLM withdrawals more than fifty years old was found.
