EO 14148 (sec. 2) revoked EO 14020 on inauguration day; EO 14168 sec. 7(b) rescinded it again and dissolved the Council. The Mandate also asks for every subsidiary policy and guidance document to be revoked; EO 14168 sec. 7 orders agencies to rescind conflicting guidance, which we treat as satisfying that clause.

- The second clause (“every policy, including subregulatory guidance documents … related to the Gender Policy Council”) is open-ended. EO 14168 sec. 7 directs agencies to rescind guidance that conflicts with the order; we found no allowlisted inventory of which documents were withdrawn. Called done because the named order is revoked and the Council no longer exists; see the Chapter 02 research log.
