OGC's leadership, last updated 2026-06-23, and the Offices of Regional Counsel are described in the same terms as before; the FY2026 reorganization addendum names no OGC or regional-counsel move; and no EPA announcement, Federal Register notice or personnel action in the window records Senior Executive Service reassignments out of the legal offices. EPA did carry out reductions in force and reassignments across the agency in 2025 (#1057, #1058), but nothing published attaches them to OGC or the regional counsel offices.
