    The Office of Water was reorganized without moving anyone to the regions. EPA's reorganization addendum records the changes it made: a new cybersecurity and infrastructure resiliency center, the science office realigned alongside the policy offices, and communications staff put under a chief of staff. No senior executive service position was shifted from headquarters to a regional office.

  • The FY2026 reorganization addendum sets out the Office of Water restructure in full: a Water Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Resiliency Center, the Office of Science and Technology realigned to sit with the policy offices, and the Communications and External Engagement Staff placed under a Chief of Staff. All of it is headquarters-to-headquarters.
