FDA has gone the other way. On 2025-09-30 it modified the Mifepristone Shared System REMS to add a third approved product, Evita Solutions' ANDA 216616, alongside Danco's Mifeprex and GenBioPro's generic; certified-pharmacy dispensing, and therefore dispensing by mail, remains part of the program. No action in the window restricts mail-order distribution of mifepristone.
