No adoption of Big Data, AI/machine-learning or commercial cloud tooling for declassification or classification management was found. The Intelligence Authorization Act for FY2026 devotes a whole title to artificial intelligence and emerging technology in the IC — section 6601 AI security guidance, 6602 AI development and usage, 6603 application of IC AI policies to publicly available models in classified environments, 6604 a DeepSeek prohibition, and 6621 technology-adoption metrics — but none of it is directed at declassification or classification management, which is the object of this ask.
