    Nothing found. The Advocacy Center and SelectUSA both remain where they were, inside Global Markets, and no Commerce order consolidates or elevates them. The administration built a separate instrument instead: EO 14255 created the United States Investment Accelerator as its own office in the Department, headed by an Executive Director, responsible for investments above $1 billion and for the CHIPS Program Office — which is neither of the two units the Quote names and does not fold them in.
