No consolidation of federal water working groups was found. Greps of the Federal Register corpus for the window return no notice consolidating or terminating a federal water working group; Interior's Secretary's Orders series through SO 3453 contains no such order — SO 3446 (2025-11-20) reduces Reclamation's contracting and design-review burden without touching interagency bodies; and Interior's 2025–2026 press releases record no consolidation. Reclamation's FY2027 justification still describes it as leading the Interior Working Group on Dam Safety and participating in invasive-species and species-specific working groups.
