No such position exists. The Office of General Counsel's leadership list, last updated 2026-06-23, names a Principal Deputy General Counsel, two Deputy General Counsels, an Acting Deputy General Counsel for Operations, a Deputy General Counsel for Environmental Media and Regional Law Offices and two Associate Deputy General Counsels — and no Deputy General Counsel for Enforcement. The position was to accommodate enforcement attorneys moved into OGC, which did not happen either (#1186).
