    The legacy trade advisory committees were renewed, not disposed of. EO 14354 continues a list of advisory committees to 30 September 2027, and the Trade and Environment Policy Advisory Committee — a USTR committee created by EO 12905 in 1994 — is on it. In March 2026 USTR published continuation notices and calls for nominations for the rest of the tier: the Advisory Committee for Trade Policy and Negotiations, the Trade Advisory Committee on Africa, the Intergovernmental Policy Advisory Committee on Trade, the Trade and Environment Policy Advisory Committee, and the whole set of Industry Trade Advisory Committees. Nothing in the window abolishes a USTR advisory committee.
