    Executive Order 14182 revokes Executive Order 14076, which had established the Interagency Task Force on Reproductive Healthcare Access and made the Secretary of HHS its chair; revoking the order dissolves the task force. The Quote's second limb - installing a pro-life task force in the Office of the Secretary to direct every division toward the life and health of women and unborn children - has no allowlisted record. **Both halves are now confirmed against HHS's own enumerated list rather than against a 403.** The department's complete list of Secretarial and Presidential advisory committees, task forces and initiatives overseen by the Office of the Secretary, page-reviewed 2026-08-26 and read 2026-09-03, runs: NACCD and NBSB; ACBCYW, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, MSHRAC, PACHA, PTAC and Sleep Disorders; the Digital Health Advisory Committee, HITAC, the HHS Data Council and NCVHS; PCPID and NACA; an endocrinology review group and the President's Council on Sports, Fitness and Nutrition; NACMHD, NCAB and PACCARB; CTAC and NACNR; ACCV, ACIP, NVAC and VRBPAC. **The Reproductive Healthcare Access Task Force is not on it, and neither is any pro-life task force.** A grep of the 11,156-URL hhs.gov sitemap for "reproductive" returns seven URLs, all HIPAA or civil-rights pages, and no task-force page of either kind; the only in-window HHS bodies styled "task force" anywhere on the site are the antisemitism task force press releases. So the first limb is delivered and the second is not, which under the enumerated-limb rule is exactly `partial`.

  • No Federal Register document since 2025-01-20 matches “Reproductive Healthcare Access Task Force” or “Reproductive Healthcare Access” (0 documents each), and no pro-life task force appears in any HHS Statement of Organization published in the window (the four in-window HHS Statements are OGC 2025-03-14, OCIO 2026-04-03, OCR 2026-06-30 and FDA 2026-07-29).
  • H.R. 49, the No Pro-Abortion Task Force Act, would bar funding for the HHS task force or any successor; it was referred and is a lead, not Evidence for this Status.
  • hhs.gov can be read, and the department’s own advisory-committee and task-force list was read on 2026-09-03. That is as far as HHS’s published pages can confirm an internal abolition: the body is absent from a complete list reviewed six days before the read.
