One of the three named objects has a dated end. GSA's Federal Advisory Committee Act database records the Treasury Advisory Committee on Racial Equity as terminated on 2025-02-04, on Treasury's own recommendation "in accordance with the requirements of Executive Order 14151", and it is absent from Treasury's FY2026 committee list. The Counselor for Racial Equity and the DEIA office have no dated record of their own: the committee record still names the Counselor as its decision-maker and the Office of Civil Rights and Diversity as its federal officer's home, as filed, and Treasury's equity-hub pages now answer 403 rather than a closure notice. `partial` until the other two limbs are dated.

Executive Order 14151 directed every agency head, within sixty days, to "terminate, to the maximum extent allowed by law, all DEI, DEIA, and 'environmental justice' offices and positions (including but not limited to 'Chief Diversity Officer' positions); all 'equity action plans,' 'equity' actions, initiatives, or programs, 'equity-related' grants or contracts", and to give OMB a list of every such position, committee and program in existence on 4 November 2024. All three objects this Quote names — the Counselor for Racial Equity, the Advisory Committee on Racial Equity and the office for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility — fall inside that directive. No dated Treasury record of the terminations themselves was found.

Strong circumstantial evidence that the three objects are gone, recorded as leads rather than as Evidence because none of it is dated: Treasury’s sitemap (19,772 URLs, fetched 2026-08-31) contains no page for a Counselor for Racial Equity, an Advisory Committee on Racial Equity or a DEIA office — only four archived “featured stories” from the previous administration; the department’s Offices page lists its policy offices and includes an Office of Civil Rights and Equal Employment Opportunity but no DEIA office; and a Federal Register full-text search for the quoted phrase “Advisory Committee on Racial Equity” since 2025-01-20 returns zero documents, where the Federal Advisory Committee Act would require charter and meeting notices.
Held at attempted until 2026-09-06 because the Treasury Offices page carries no date and is demonstrably stale (it still lists an Inflation Reduction Act Program Office). The contrast with #1963, where the IRS’s organization page carries a review date and a complete leadership chart, is deliberate and is recorded in the chapter log’s Judgment calls. The FACA database read of 2026-09-06 (read-queue residue, in Chrome) dated the committee’s termination and moved the item to partial; the counselor and the DEIA office remain undated — home.treasury.gov/about/offices/equity-hub and /equity-hub/TACRE answer 403 to every rung, which is not a closure notice.
