    The IMPROVE the SBA Act has not been introduced in the 119th Congress. Every bill of the Congress was searched by title in the Corpus (18,500 records fetched from congress.gov on 2026-09-01): no measure carries that name, and none of the twenty bills whose titles contain "SBA" is a reauthorization or an accountability, transparency and oversight overhaul of the agency. The administration has supported other SBA legislation — the Administrator publicly welcomed House passage of the Made in America Manufacturing Finance Act (2025-12-01) and the enactment of the SBIR/STTR reauthorization (2026-04-13) — but not this Act, which does not exist to support.
