Neither named object was delivered. The Office of Labor-Management Standards issued a combined final rule on 2026-06-01 that revives the 2020 proposal on labor organization annual financial reports — a new Form LM-2 Long Form for unions with receipts of $40 million or more, revised Forms LM-2 and LM-3 and updated thresholds for LM-3 and LM-4 — but it contains no Form T-1 trust annual report and no intermediate bodies provision: the words "intermediate" and "T-1" do not appear anywhere in the rule.
