No Medicare Advantage restructuring legislation of any kind was enacted or passed a chamber. The eleven MA bills of the 119th Congress in the Corpus run the other way — prompt-pay mandates, advertising limits, supplemental-benefit data transparency, prior-authorization requirements — and every one of them is in committee. The Mandate's six named reforms (default enrollment, direct beneficiary control, deregulating plan management, competitive bidding, risk-adjustment reconfiguration, removing benefit restrictions) are each untouched by statute.
