Public Law 119-21 section 90001 appropriated $46.55 billion to CBP for the border wall system, available through 2029-09-30. CBP's Smart Wall Map (read 2026-08-26) shows a 1,591-mile end state for new primary wall with about 60 miles completed and 305 under construction, plus 57 miles of secondary wall completed — the wall is funded and being built, not finished.
