The Office of Cabinet Affairs is staffed — a director, two deputies and a Cabinet communications director in the 2026 personnel report — but the report records titles, not meetings, and nothing in the whitehouse.gov presidential-actions Corpus or the Federal Register describes a standing meeting of deputy secretaries convened by the White House. Executive Order 14356 does give deputy agency heads a recurring role, on each agency's Strategic Hiring Committee, but that is an agency body approving vacancies, not the White House-run coordination the Quote asks for.
