No congressional oversight hearing on self-regulatory organizations has been held in the 119th Congress. A full-text search of govinfo's published hearing collection (CHRG) for the 119th Congress finds FINRA mentioned in eight hearings and "self-regulatory organization" in three, but every one of them is a hearing about something else — digital assets, Treasury market fragilities, primary dealers, capital formation, AI in financial services, financial literacy, fraud, and the SEC itself. None takes an SRO as its subject, and there is no annual series. Two cautions on the negative: govinfo carries a hearing only once the transcript is printed, which lags by months, so hearings held in mid-2026 may not yet appear; and a hearing held but never printed would be invisible to this search.

The closest hearing to the subject is A New Day at the SEC: Restoring Accountability, Due Process, and Public Confidence (CHRG-119hhrg63862, 2026-02-04), which is oversight of the Commission rather than of the SROs it supervises.
