No executive order expands the list of accreditors whose approval qualifies a school for the D.C. Opportunity Scholarship Program. Executive Order 14191, the window's school-choice order, directs guidance on using federal formula funds for choice, a discretionary-grant priority, and reviews at HHS, Defense and Interior; it says nothing about the District of Columbia or about accreditation. The Department ran the OSP competition in the ordinary way on 2025-04-23 and that notice does not mention accreditation either.

- A search of the federal records we keep and search for “Opportunity Scholarship” found two records, both FY2025 grant competition notices (FR 2025-07024, 2025-04-23 and FR 2025-07567, 2025-05-02). The full text of FR 2025-07024 was read at govinfo: no occurrence of “accredit”. A search of presidential documents in the Federal Register and White House presidential actions for “district of columbia” returns the crime-emergency and “Safe and Beautiful” orders only.
