Nothing found. The Department's staffing actions in the window run the other way: the 2025-03-11 reduction in force cut roughly half the workforce by separation, and the only later footprint announcement is the move out of the Lyndon B. Johnson building to 500 D Street SW, which is about real estate rather than people. The interagency agreements that move ED's program work to Labor, Interior, HHS, State, Treasury and DOJ are Economy Act service contracts under which the partner agency's own staff do the work; the fact sheets say the programs will be managed "alongside ED staff" and record no ED employee transferring to another agency.
