The CY 2026 Physician Fee Schedule final rule updates Medicare Shared Savings Program requirements and codifies the Inflation Reduction Act's Prescription Drug Inflation Rebate Program and other IRA provisions (effective 2026-01-01); the CY 2027 proposed rule of 2026-07-16 carries the Shared Savings Program forward again. No bill repealing either has been introduced.
