    The SBA answered the authority question the Quote asks it to settle and reopened the matter, but has reversed nothing. Its release states in terms that "Prior loan forgiveness does not prevent the SBA from exercising its authority to reopen a review of the loans", reiterates the first Trump administration's 2020 preliminary determination that no Planned Parenthood affiliate was eligible ("Planned Parenthood Federation of America was never eligible to receive a dime"), opens a review of more than $88 million across 38 affiliates, and issues document demands whose failure "may face a determination that they were ineligible for the PPP loan and any subsequent loan forgiveness". The determination of authority, the reiteration and the investigation are delivered; the reversal of the forgiveness decisions is not.
