No general separation of scientific risk assessment from risk management. EO 14303 is the administration's science-policy instrument and it does not draw the line the Quote asks for: it sets nine tenets of "Gold Standard Science", requires employees to acknowledge and document uncertainty, and tells them that where they "produce or use scientific information to inform policy or legal determinations they must use science that comports with the legal standards applicable to those determinations" — integration, not separation. The words risk assessment, risk management and separate appear nowhere in the order, nor in OSTP's implementing guidance of June 2025.

Read EO 14303 in full at govinfo and the OSTP Guidance for Gold Standard Science (NSTM-1, June 2025, whitehouse.gov/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/OSTP-Guidance-for-GSS-June-2025.pdf) in full; a search for “risk assessment”, “risk management” and “separat” finds no hits in either. Agency-level moves in this direction exist — EPA’s proposed TSCA risk-evaluation procedures of 23 September 2025 invoke the Information Quality Act — but they belong to Chapter 13, not to this government-wide ask.
