Implemented for contracts and grants, and evidenced in the successor's own budget: the Combating Gender Ideology in Foreign Assistance award term now attaches to all foreign-assistance solicitations and awards, and the word "gender" appears nowhere in the FY2027 State Congressional Budget Justification. But the sweep is not complete on the Quote's own terms - the enacted FY2026 appropriation still requires not less than $187.5 million for gender-based violence programming and $37.5 million for the Madeleine K. Albright Women's Leadership Program, so "gender" survives in the statute that governs the successor's programs, and USAID's websites and publications cannot be inspected because usaid.gov is behind a Cloudflare challenge.
