It contains nothing on gender transition or gender-affirming care, the newest notice of any kind is **21-02 (2021)**, every 'replaced by' annotation predates 2022, and the page was reviewed in January 2026 with the inventory intact. So the item does not go to `done`. But the record is no longer purely negative. HHS took the entire `ryanwhite.hrsa.gov` website down inside the window and a court ordered it restored, and HHS has attached a standing disclaimer to every page of the restored site: "**Per a court order, HHS is required to restore this website as of 11:59 p.m., February 14, 2025.** Any information on this page promoting gender ideology is extremely inaccurate and disconnected from the immutable biological reality that there are two sexes, male and female.
