No anti-counterfeiting or trademark-enforcement legislation was introduced, let alone passed, in the 119th Congress: the only trademark-related measures are two Senate resolutions designating July as National Anti-Counterfeiting and Consumer Education and Awareness Month (2025-07-17 and 2026-07-29), which create no penalty and impose no duty.

Executive enforcement against counterfeits continued in the ordinary course (CBP seizures, DOJ prosecutions), but the Quote asks for work “with Administration partners and Congress”, and the congressional half produced nothing.
